With the success I got at selling royalty-free photos on Fotolia, I've decided to branch out to iStockphoto this year. So far so good. Getting approved to be a contributor might be a tad bit difficult but it is all good as it ensures that the photos you submit are of good quality and if they're not, well you can resubmit again - either a corrected photo or a completely new one. Overall, the whole process helps push you to become a better photographer... and of course lets you make some money along the way.
