Discovered a nice relaxing French bar at Ann Siang Hill last Friday, called Le Carillon de L'Angelus. Opened by a friend's neighbour, this place serves up great wines and the usual French bar fare... you know those cheese sandwiches, snails, etc.
Downstairs in the basement, the seating has a homey feel and the highlight of the place is the pool table...
