Stepped out tonight for some fresh air and to stock up on medicine again for this dreadful cold. Headed out to Orchard Road, which isn't exactly a place far from the madding crowd on a weekend!

This year's Christmas decorations at Orchard look a little nicer than last year's. They've got these lit up birds hanging from the trees.

And over at Ngee Ann City, just outside Takashimaya, it looks like the same big Christmas tree from last year except the decorations are all red/pink (last year they had gold-coloured ones).

Everyone is clamoring round it, as usual, to take photos. From upstairs, they all look like ants.
