"Don't Lie" By The Black Eyed Peas Sounds Like...

Hmmm... the background rhythmic bit of "Don't Lie" sounds strangely like Tina Turner's "Whatever You Need" but with a slight variation. Then towards the end of the Peas' song, there is sort of a tribute to Suzanne Vega's "Tom's Diner." Take a listen for yourself and if you're looking for these tracks on CD, well... you can find them on the following albums:

Yes! I noticed this too! (The Suzanne Vega reference) I've been looking for the track name for ages, thanks!

I sung Tom's Diner to the tune of Don't Lie at a drama performance in Croydon last December. If I say so myself, it went really really well!

I thought I was the only one who'd noticed that, lol.
