Avian Flu Heads To Europe?
Avian flu has now been detected in the Russian Urals. According to this article from BBC News, it is the H5N1 strain. So looks like it is spreading beyond Asia now into Europe. It is quite worrying considering that people have died from it in Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand. :-(
