The Slow Boat to Brewerkz
Had a lazy Sunday afternoon earlier. Took the train down to Raffles Place then took the slow boat from there to Clarke Quay. Once there, I went down to Brewerkz for a meal. Ordered the chicken noodle soup, which was one of Today's Specials, and the yummy nachos for starters.

Here's a closer look at the yummy nachos before it got devoured...

For my main meal... I decided to order one of the burgers on the menu. It's a beef pattie, with crunchy bacon (yum!) and cheese. It also comes with vege (tomato, onion, lettuce and pickle) on the side. So it's up to you on whether you want to put it in your burger or not. Also comes with fries on the side and bbq sauce. I just didn't expect the burger to be so big!

And of course... what is more delightful then washing all that down with a lovely pint of IPA (Indian Pale Ale). Afterall, Brewerkz is a microbrewery.

Finally, to end it all... dessert was a really delicious banana bombe. Sorry... no pic. Chowed down on it the minute it arrived. :-)
Overall, the meal was good and so was the service. I'd definitely go back again. If you are a big sports fan, they also have live screenings of matches and such on their big screens. You can check out their schedules here.

There's now a picture of the banana bombe. :-)
