I made this about two nights ago but somehow the ginger biscuit crust didn't turn out right. It kept crumbling... so in the end, I got a Banana Cream Crumble instead. :-( I will post the recipe once I've sorted out the crust problem. But meanwhile, if you're wondering what the ingredients are in general - for the crust: crushed ginger biscuits with butter, for the filling: bananas, cream cheese, yoghurt and vanilla essence, for the topping: whipped cream and fresh bananas.
